This highly anticipated restaurant is set to open in early 2026 and will be the first physical presence for Chef Brian Lockwood. He states the restaurant is focused on European techniques with Japanese influences. As well as going with an à la carte approach with shareable dishes rather than a set menu that he is known for.
Lockwood previously worked at Michelin-starred restaurants like Eleven Madison Park, The French Laundry, and El Celler de Can Roca. Lockwood was also a consultant chef for the popular TV show The Bear and helped train Jeremy Allen White to embody a Michelin-trained chef.
This restaurant is in collaboration with the Boca Restaurant Group, led by James Beard Award winners Kevin Boehm & Rob Katz. The group also has multiple award-winning restaurants in the Chicago area, including their most notable Boca, as well as The Girl & The Goat, and Cabra.
